Recording length is fixed: 60 seconds on the free plan and 5 minutes on every paid plan (Solo, Squad, Team and Org alike). When you hit the limit the session finalises itself and the timeline, network log and video are archived to your workspace. You can also stop early at any time and the partial capture is still saved.
