Guard.ch is built by a small Swiss software company, for teams that need somewhere safe to open things. This page covers where the product came from, who runs it, what survives an investigation, and what we will not do with your data.
Read the storyIt arrives as a forwarded mail, a message in a chat, a ticket with a URL pasted into it, a domain a colleague is not sure about. Opening it properly takes a machine you are willing to burn, an egress you do not mind burning with it, and a way to see what the page is doing while it does it. Most teams improvise that from a spare VM and a folder of screenshots. We got tired of improvising.

Hand a URL to Guard.ch and it opens in a throwaway browser on our infrastructure, leaving from an exit you choose instead of your address space. You watch it live and take the controls when the page wants a login. Beside the page, Guard.ch classifies requests, redirects, headers, downloads, tracking services and contacted domains, with registry, IP and certificate lookups when you ask for them. Then the container is destroyed and everything it saw goes with it. We keep no copy.
Intentions rarely survive a roadmap, so the ones that matter are built where they cannot be argued away. A suspect page never runs on your machine and never leaves from your IP. A verdict always arrives attached to the signals that produced it, so you can read them and overrule us. And nothing an investigation sees outlives it: the evidence exists while the session runs and dies with the container, because the safest place to keep someone else's malware is nowhere.
Guard.ch is designed, built and operated by Zesiger.net, a Swiss software company in Schmiedrued. The site, the investigation engine, the servers it runs on and the support inbox are all ours; when you write in, the people who build it answer. We are small, and we would rather say so than impersonate a department. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on the roadmap and not attested today. The DPA and the subprocessor list are self-serve, below.
