Connect Perplexity to Guard.ch

Let Perplexity open and interact with websites in an isolated cloud browser. Watch live or hand over a running session.

Connect Perplexity

Use a Perplexity account that can add custom connectors. In an Enterprise organisation, an admin has to allow members to add their own custom connectors.

  1. 1. Add the connection

Open Account settings › Connectors, click + Custom connector and choose Remote. Name it guardch, paste this URL, choose OAuth as authentication and Streamable HTTP as transport, confirm the acknowledgement and click Add.

Account settings > Connectors > + Custom connector > Remote

Copy each value into the matching field.

    MCP server URL
    https://api.guard.ch/mcp
    Name
    guardch
    Transport / connection type
    Streamable HTTP
    Authentication
    OAuth
  2. 2. Sign in and allow access

Click the guardch card to start the sign-in, then sign in and allow access on the Guard.ch page that opens.

    Add > Connect

  3. 3. Try it in a new chat

In a new thread, select guardch under connectors and sources, or mention it with @guardch, then send the task below.

    @

Open example.com in a Guard.ch browser and tell me what the page says.

Need help?

If the connector shows an error tag, open its ⋮ menu, check the URL and the OAuth setting, and sign in again from the card.

Hand over a running session

Choose “Hand off to an agent” in the Guard.ch viewer and paste the prepared prompt into your assistant’s chat. The session ID in that prompt lets the assistant continue in the same browser. Sign your assistant in with the same Guard.ch account.
